Made to order

Your items are printed after you order. Production generally takes 2–7 business days before shipping, but this is an estimate and can vary by product and production workload.

Shipping costs and delivery

Available destinations, shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout. Shipping is charged separately from the product price; any applicable taxes are also shown before payment. Delivery time is additional to production time. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Separate packages

Items may be produced at different facilities and arrive separately. Checkout displays the shipping charges for your order.

Order details

Check your delivery address before purchasing. Contact us promptly if it is incorrect; changes may not be possible after production starts.

Tracking and help

Use the tracking information supplied with your shipment. For an overdue, damaged or missing delivery, email support@shoppeepal.com or use our contact page with your order number so we can investigate. Do not rely on an estimated delivery date for a time-sensitive event.
